Our law firm charges flat fees for our services. This means you will not be charged any additional fees for your bankruptcy if you do what you need to. We will provide you with a written checklist stating what is required to complete your bankruptcy. You will have clear instructions and timelines for completing all of your tasks through the course of the Bankruptcy.
Fee: Our fee for a basic consumer chapter 7 bankruptcy is $1250.00. Our fee INCLUDES the following: filing fee, credit counseling class fees and your credit report. Please compare our fees with any attorney in Oklahoma. We will be the lowest cost option or, if you provide us with a written contract from another licensed, private Oklahoma attorney with a lower fee, we will save you at least $100.00 off of the total cost of the bankruptcy when you hire our firm.
Discounts: We offer additional discounts for individuals who are on a fixed income. If you are on Social Security please ask about our lower rate.
Payment Plans: We are happy to work out a payment plan based on your income which will allow you to file your bankruptcy in a timely manner. We work with you on the amount and the date of payments. Our full fee is due before we can file your case.
Fee: This fee varies according to your situation. We will give you the exact fee in your free consultation.
Payment Plans: Chapter 13 is a payment plan. $674.00 is due before we file the case. The rest of our fees are paid through the trustee's office.
